π Journaling & Tracking #
A good journal is essential, but it is also quite personal. I’ve bought all kinds over the years. Do some experimentation. A small spiral-bound jotter can be good to keep next to the bed for recording dreams. A large A4 hardback journal is great for longer reflections. Find what works for you.
Dot Grid Journal (A4)
Good for keeping logs, sketches, and patterns in your experiments. You’ll find that A4 size is better than B5, and the dot grid is surprisingly useful when you get used to it.Large Blank Notebook
Another good option if you prefer blank pages.
