Some articles explore ancient systems like prāṇa or subtle energy. Others look at neuroscience, feedback loops, attention mechanics, or cognitive framing. Many walk a line between metaphor and mechanism—useful even if unprovable.

You don’t need to believe in any particular worldview to benefit from this material. But understanding how others have made sense of altered states can help you develop your own internal map.

Treat these models as lenses, not laws. The goal is insight—not dogma.
